NetControl is a family of network enabled (Ethernet) devices including a set of different inputs and outputs: relays, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, voltage/current measurement, energy measurment (with external device with pulse output) etc. All models have an RJ-45 connector for 10/100 Ethernet, and some models also have an additional WiFi module.
Each device has a built-in WEB server and with standard browser (by PC, Tablet or Smart Phone) user can manage and analyze the status of input-output circuits, as well as configure the entire device.
Several modules are standard in each device:
- "PING monitor" for monitoring network connectivity and restarting equipment in case of loss and;
- The "Automation" block is designed to perform simple automatic tasks between the inputs and outputs of the device; for example: "at temperatures above X ° C - switch on relay 1";
- "Macros" - a module for creating sequences of actions, waiting. 'Macros' are started by other modules or automatically;
- "Timers" - a module with a real-time software clock (SNTP adjustment) to start 'Macros' at a set time / month / day of the week.
For easier integration to external monitoring systems (Cacti, Zabbix etc) SNMPv1 protocol is also supported.
All devices with v2 core (sold from 2018) also implement the most popular IoT protocol - MQTT.
A special centralized (cloud) platform has been developed for NetControl - SPC Cloud, to which the devices connect automatically, without the need for any complex network settings.In it, users receive an extremely powerful set of tools for working with devices - statistics and graphs, charging energy consumption, the ability to define complex automatic tasks and schedules, notifications, etc.!
